Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to clean Halfway Houses on all Golf Courses, as well as the Tennis Club.

 

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of three months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Valid NC driver’s license and clean driving record.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Display friendliness and helpfulness at all times, to Members, Guests, Visitors, Business Partners and fellow Employee Partners.
  • Adhere to all Property and Department policies and procedures.
  • Observe all safety and security procedures. Use equipment and material properly. Report potentially unsafe conditions.
  • Clean toilet bowls, tanks, bases and walls behind toilets with proper cleaner. Clean all hardware and fixtures.
  • Clean urinals with cleanser and sanitizer. Replace urinal screen every two weeks or more often if necessary.
  • Clean showers (if present).
  • Clean floors with cleanser and mop (tile or ceramic floors), or vacuum (carpeted floors).
  • Wipe walls, ceilings, windows, and skylight.
  • Check all dispensers and refill if needed.
  • Remove all trash, clean trash receptacles inside and out, and insert new liner.
  • At end of shift clean vehicle and restock if necessary.
  • Transport departmental employees as necessary.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
